How We Review: The Published Checklist Behind Our Operator Pages

JILISPIN is an independent guide, not a casino: no cashier, no deposits, no games, no balances, no account access. Because this site describes operators, it publishes its method. Below: the checks, how each is performed, the boundary of what any outside guide can establish, and the commercial disclosure. There is no score and no ranked list anywhere on this site, which the fourth section explains. 21+.

One rule governs the list

A criterion earns its place only if a reader could go and check it. That single rule throws out the vocabulary that fills most casino review pages — generous, trustworthy, reliable, premium — and keeps what determines where your money goes and how it comes back.

The eight checks

CheckThe questionHow it is performed
Licence disclosureIs a specific operating company named, with a regulator, in the site's own text?Read the terms and footer; look for that company name in the regulator's own published list
Payment railsWhich rails exist and are they described accurately?Compare the cashier page against how e-wallet, InstaPay, PESONet and over-the-counter rails publicly work
Terms clarityCan withdrawal conditions, the wagering multiple and the max-bet rule be found before depositing?Read the full terms, not the offer card, and note what is absent
KYC rulesWhat is demanded, when, and is name-matching stated up front?Read the verification policy and the account pages the operator publishes
Complaint routeIs there a documented escalation beyond live chat?Look for it and follow it; absence is a finding
Responsible-gaming toolsCan a player set limits, cool off or self-exclude alone?Check whether the tools are described and reachable without an agent
Support channelsWhich are published, with what hours, and do they answer?Record what is claimed, and flag a channel advertised but unreachable
App distributionIs the store situation described honestly, without pressure to sideload?Read the app page's own wording for pressure tactics or off-domain hosting

The sequence matters. Licence and rails identify who holds your money and by what route it returns. Terms and KYC are where withdrawals stall in this market. The last four describe how much trouble you are in when something goes wrong.

What cannot be checked from outside

  • Withdrawal speed. This site holds no accounts and has deposited nothing, so a printed payout time would be invented. Those are set by the operator — check its cashier page.
  • Fees, minimums, maximums, bonus amounts and VIP thresholds. All operator-set, all changeable without notice.
  • Whether a game's real returns match its stated RTP. No outside party can establish that over any human number of rounds, which is also why the RTP myths page on this site exists.
  • Anything that takes place inside a ticket queue, or the outcome of one person's dispute.
  • Whether a licence remains valid at this moment, as opposed to on the date a register was produced.
  • The contents of a mobile installer, none of which is hosted, linked or opened here.

When a question falls in that list, the page says who to ask and tells you to get the answer in writing with a ticket number. Less satisfying than a number, and accurate.

No score, no league table

A single score must compress findings measured in unlike units into one digit, using weights nobody shows you. The result looks exact and carries less information than the list it replaced: a reader cannot tell whether a four out of five reflects vague terms or a missing complaints route.

A ranked table adds a second defect. Positions exist, positions can be sold, and in affiliate publishing they regularly are. Reporting each check separately keeps the information and removes the lever, and it respects that readers weigh things differently — a bank withdrawer cares about rails in a way a monthly bonus player does not.

Commercial disclosure

Some outbound links may be partner links and may earn a commission if a reader signs up through one. Three fixed rules follow: no payment changes a page's text; no operator sees or approves a page before publication; nothing is purchasable, including a mention, a position, a softer sentence or the removal of a criticism.

Anonymous, and no invented sessions

No byline, no portrait, no job title. The usual alternative in this niche is a fabricated expert with a stock photograph and an unverifiable biography, and plain anonymity is more honest than that. For the same reason this site never writes that it deposited, played, cashed out or timed anything — because it did not, and because you could not check the claim if we made it.

In place of authority there is repeatable sourcing. Each factual statement here is either a public, checkable fact about a payment rail, a game mechanic or a platform rule, or a report of what an operator itself publishes, and the sentence says which.

Dates and corrections

Operator terms change quietly, so every page carries a published and a modified date for you to weigh, and where a detail will drift we point at the operator's live page rather than freezing a figure into our text. If you find an error, the correction is worth more than the sentence it replaces. Standing notice: JILISPIN is an independent guide, not an operator; gambling is for adults 21 and over, and the limit and self-exclusion tools on your operator account exist for the moment play stops being a free choice.

Frequently Asked Questions

Why are there no ratings here?

Because a rating hides the weights behind it and erases the only useful output, which is the identity of the weak check. It also creates a ranked position, and positions are what commissions can move. Reported separately, the information survives intact.

Have you tested these cashiers with real money?

No. This site holds no accounts and has deposited nothing anywhere. That is exactly why you will not read a payout time, a fee or a minimum here — those belong on the operator's cashier page, where they are current.

Can you verify an operator's RTP figures?

Not from outside, and nobody can over any realistic number of rounds. What can be checked is whether a figure is published at all, whether the game's own info screen agrees with the lobby, and whether the site's claims about RTP are internally consistent.

Why publish without an author's name?

Because the common alternative is an invented reviewer with a stock photo and a job title nobody can confirm, which is worse than anonymity. Nothing on this site depends on who wrote it; every claim is checkable on its own.

Do partner links influence the pages?

No. Links may be partner links, disclosed here and in the footer. No operator reads a page before publication, nothing is for sale, and there is no ranked list for a commission to move.

What would you treat as the most serious finding?

No named operating company and no licence disclosure, because it means nobody has publicly accepted responsibility for your balance. Next: a name-matching rule revealed only at withdrawal, no documented complaints route, and pressure to disable phone security to install an app.
